Unique enamel double backed pin from JStep.net

A tribute to the vintage 70’s Borden paper label Krylon can and Rustoleum Stops Rust can. A large 1.75″ high by 1.2″ wide metal enamel pin, it features two pin backs and metal butterfly clutches to securely attach it.

This is the vintage Krylon Borden paper-label design from the late 1960’s to late 1970’s along with the late 1970’s version of the Rust-oleum “Stops Rust” can design. These are from the smaller cans that these companies no longer manufacture.The image comes directly from a photograph of 2 vintage aerosol cans from my collection.

The details are captured perfectly, and you can even read the fine print at the bottom of the cans. It has 2 pins on the back and includes secure metal butterfly clutches.

Old Borden paper label Krylon aerosol spray paint cans are not easy to come by. They’re a beautiful memento from American paint and graffiti history, and I think they are represented well with this enamel lapel pin design.
